Any event in which a bride is present such as ceremony, reception, engagement part, mehndi, wedding etc. is considered a bridal event, but brides may chose which package suits their need. All bridal packages include hairstyling, makeup (HD / Airbrush), lenses, lashes, basic hair accessories, draping and nail polish application
For phone / email consultancy (Complimentary in bridal package), everything is discussed in detail based on photos of the styles that brides send us, as well current photos of the bride herself so we can offer suggestion based on needs.
Pricing and details are subject to change with no notice, however, if a contract has already been drawn out and confirmed reflecting former pricing, the contract quote will be honored. Updated pricing will apply for new booking only.

In order to secure our services for your date, you need to pay 30% non-refundable no later than 3 days after your written enquiry and quotation, which can be paid in cash / bank transfer or / any other online channel.
If no payment is received within these 3 days, your date will be released and will available for booking of the other clients

Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to the application.
Client(s) agree to realse the makeup artist from liability of skin complication due to allergic reactions. The makeup artist reserves the right to refuse the service to the client or members of the family for any abusive or threatening behaviour.
For an on-location services, if the there is any damage caused to PrettyLooks tools, kits and other property, the clients shall be liable to pay the damage cost.

A start and end time will be agreed by client and PrettyLooks. Each makeup require a certain length of time to be finished, a usual timeframe is approx. 2 hours (hair is separate) per person. Any additional needs outside the contract will only be performed at the discretion of the makeup artist. All persons involved in makeup bookings need to be available at the scheduled time and appointment in order to not break the contract. All makeup for more than one person must be at the same location and consecutive times (no gaps in between).

The makeup artist under no obligation to refund any money paid up until point of cancellation. We will only offer a date change for the said event provided we are available for the new date.
